Another one from the archives - must get a better slide scanner!

The view after a long, sweaty climb to to a loch on the south side of Loch Morar…we blanked!

That photo brought back some memories! Caught one of the best looking brown trout I’ve ever caught near here; it weighed about a pound but had every colour of the rainbow mottled into its flanks. Unfortunately, it came after a long, hot sweaty climb to the NORTH of Morar!

Never been as far north as that, would love to go some day, I usually go to Loch Lochy and Arkaig, beautiful picture though. Excuse my mistake, looking on google maps Morar is more or less exactly west of Arkaig, did’nt realise it was that close!
