Nice to see that all that ash hasn’t affected the fishing

We are all in good shape her in Iceland.  The trout fishing season is on and going fine.

There have been cold up her but we are fine.  I send you picture of fishing with the volcano in the background.

You have a wonderful magazine and great articles about fly fishing.

Best regards
Björgvin Steinsson

I like fishing and me and my friend went for trip to Iceland in last summer for fishing brown trout. We catch 2-3 kilo’s brown trout. In 2 days camping we caught 10 fishes and we again plan for fishing in this summer.

Were the licences and permits expensive?

I went fly fishing in Iceland last summer and I´m going again next summer.

Best fishing ever, salmon, brown trout and char. I like the mountains the best, there is hardly no one fishing in the mountains and the fishing is outstanding.

I recommend my guide (Gudmundur Atli) he was very good.
