26/7/10 I will go straight to the FT index, Mr. James Hinchey of the UK, caught 1 Junior, with his Gillie Mr. Dominic Mc Gillicuddy and for the rest of we anglers, no comment. Wind W but variable, with reasonable cloud cover, amount of rainfall 0..5mm, max air temperature 20.1c.

27/7/10 Some Anglers, saw some good action, Guests fishing with Mr. Terence Wharton Jnr caught 5 Sea Trout on the fly, Mr. Chris O’Sullivan, caught 2 Juniors with his Gillie Mr. Tom O’Shea and @ .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and last but not least, Mr. Donagh McCarthy of the USA and Waterville caught 11 Sea Trout, with his Gillie Mr. Dominic Mc Gillicuddy, Mr. Garry Watton of the UK, fishing with his Gillie Mr. Michael O’Sullivan of Waterville Boats, and @ .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) caught a fine 3lbs Sea Trout on the fly. On the weather front the same as yesterday, amount of rainfall 0.3mm, max air temperature 17.8c.

28/7/10 Mr. Garry Watton, was in good form again, with his Gillie Mr. Michael O’Sullivan of Waterville Boats, caught 6 Sea Trout, which I might add they sportingly put back to fight another day. Mrs John Moorhouse caught 2 juniors with her Gillie Mr. Bob Priestly, and her husband Mr. John Moorhouse caught 4 Juniors with his Gillie Mr. Brod O’Sullivan of Stella Maris guesthouse Waterville. Mr. Neil O’Shea of http://www.Oshealoughcurrane.com  and his guest caught 1 Junior, Dublin angler, Mr. Sean Kestell, caught 5 Sea Trout on the troll, ranging from Juniors up to 1.5lbs., WNW light, amount of rainfall 0.2mm, max air temperature 18.3c.

29/7/10 Mr. Nick Park and guests caught 4 Juniors on the fly, with their Gillie Mr. Bob Priestly, staying with the Sea trout, a guest fishing with his Gillie Mr. Dominic Mc Gillicuddy caught 1 Junior, now to the Salmon and fish of the day goes to Dr. Tim Gleeson, who caught a 6lbs Grilse, with his Gillie Mr. Michael O’Dwyer and @  .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) Wind NNW calm and variable,. Amount of rainfall 0.1mm, max air temperature 19.7c.

30/7/10 Mr. Drew Brown and Mr. John Moorhouse, fishing with their Gillie Mr. Bob Priestly, caught 5 Sea Trout, ranging from Junior class up to just over the 2lbs, Mr Paddy Barrett fishing with his Gillie Mr. Brod O’Sullivan of Stella Maris Waterville, caught 2 Juniors, Mr. Dominic Mc Gillicuddy, caught 2 Juniors with his client. Mr Frank Donnelly of http://www.Lakelandshouse.com reported to me that in the past two days that Cork anglers, Mr. Donal O’Reilly and Mr. Phil Cronin, caught 18 Sea Trout. Wind SW then veered NNW, light, with reasonable cloud cover, amount of rainfall 8.3mm, max air temperature 17.5c.

31/7/10 Mr. Mick O’Neill caught one Sea trout on the fly with his Gillie Mr. Tom O’Shea and @ .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) now straight to the poaching department, I was reading of http://www.Loughcurrane.com Cork Angler Ger McCarthy and good friend caught 7 Sea Trout up to 2lbs, Mr. Dona Monaghan of Newbridge caught 2 Sea trout both fish in the 2lbs class and added a few smaller Trout to his basket, Mr. Anthony Breen of Co Wexford caught 3 Sea Trout, ranging from 1.5lbs up to 2.5lbs, Mr. Colin Frazer, fishing in a hired out boat from http://www.Lakelandshouse.com caught 3 Sea Trout. In the Salmon department Waterville’s Local Postman, Joe Murphy caught a fine 5lbs Grilse on the troll, Wind NW light to calm and overcast with the odd light shower, amount of rainfall 2.0mm, max air temperature 17.3c.

1/8/10 A guest fishing with his Gillie Mr. Neil O’Shea of http://www.Oshealoughcurrane.com  caught 3 Sea Trout, and Neil, was telling me that they got plenty of rise’s, now to the Salmon department and Neil’s Father, Mr. Donal O’Shea caught a Grilse on the toll, staying in the salmon department, Waterville’s local postmen, Mr. Joe Murphy, caught a fine Grilse on the troll. Wind NW light to calm with light rain this morning and bright sunshine in the afternoon. Amount of rainfall 2.6mm, max air temperature 18.7c.That is your ration for this week, from your Gillie/Guide and the Waterville Fishery. No Spin No Fly’s just facts.
