Carsington season extension
Carsington Water, the popular Derbyshire reservoir, has extended its season until the end of November. The fishery is hoping water levels stay high enough to launch boats.
Anglers had a "fantastic" week last week with a rod average of 4.3, with some of the best catches coming from the deeper areas.
