This Sunday (19) sees the 11th year of the North of England Fly Fishing Show. Held in the Nissan Sports and Social Club (pictured above), Washington Road, there will be plenty of casting demonstrations, casting clinics, presentations, product for sale and advice to keep the game angler busy for the 2012 season.

Amongst those supporting the event are Hardy Greys, Flytek, Celtic Flycraft, Eyebrook/Rutland fishing, Cookshill Fly Tying and Stocks Reservoir.

The show starts at 10am. Admittance is £4 for adults, but free for children under 16. There's free parking, and hot food and drinks served all day.
