Orvis appoints new UK MD
Orvis has appointed its current Head of Retail Operations, Michael Sayers, as its new UK Managing Director.
Michael joined Orvis in April 2011 with an extensive and successful retail career. His earlier years were spent in the department store sector, having first joined John Lewis as a graduate trainee. Having served on the board of several retail businesses, including The Cotswold Company, his focus latterly has been on multi-channel retailing.
Michael’s remit is to lead further multi-channel growth of the Orvis brand across the UK.
