FF&FT at British Fly Fair International

Howard Croston and Dave Southall will both be appearing on the FF&FT stand at the British Fly Fair International. Alongside the three halls of exhibitors and demonstrators and the host of international fly tyers, England internationalist, Howard, will be demonstrating some of his favourite competition flies, whilst Dave will be focussing on tying and fishing Micro flies. Also on the FF&FT stand will be Editor, Mark Bowler, Chief Reviewer Magnus Angus and Advertising Manager, Pat Camber.

Mark will be speaking in the Fly Fair Forum, focussing on tropical saltwater fly fishing with his talk: “How a travel rod can be your passport to paradise”. Other   forum topics include: Stuart Crofts discussing Sex, Insects and Fly Fishing; John Tyzack will focus on pike; Paul Gaskell will advise on how to read a river on your first visit; and Ulf Borjesson will be describing how the Swedes tackle small streams for big brown trout.
Meanwhile, in the fly-tying theatres Stuart Foxall will cover modern Scandi style salmon flies, Johan Put will be tying modern Euro Nymphs, Martin Smith will tie predator flies, and Jon Strand will be dressing the latest in Mayflies.

The show takes place at the Staffordshire County Showground over the weekend of February 9 & 10. Entrance is available on the door, and reduced price tickets can be purchased in advance by 5pm on Monday, February 4 by clicking here
